Watersports by their nature are dependent on suitable weather conditions, which are beyond our control and unpredictable. In the event of unsuitable weather, the Centre will organise alternative activities for the group.*

The customer must provide a final number of participants with The Oysterhaven Centre and balance payment made 10 days in advance of the booked date.*
I agree
The customer must inform The Oysterhaven Centre of any information relevant to the safety of the group. This includes any illness, special needs or behavioural difficulties.*

The Oysterhaven Centre reserves the right to alter or cancel programme as it deems necessary. In the event of cancellation, except where there is non payment, an alternative programme will be offered or a full refund will be made.*

Personal Insurance against injury, accident or loss whilst renting equipment is the responsibility of the client. No responsibility is accepted by Oysterhaven Marine Ltd. it's proprietors or instructors, for any injury, accident, damage or loss to a client's property or person however caused.*
