CAMP BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

OYSTERLAND CAMPS ( Age 4 - 7 year olds)

  1. The applicant is water confident and wants to take part in the activities
  2. The applicant is physically and mentally fit - parents/guardian of camp participant will advise centre of any medical issues in detail when booking and if necessary discuss with staff in advance of the camp.
  3. Parents / Guardian of camp participants will advise if participant has any special needs particualarly if the participant has an SNA in school - additional assistance can be provided at an additional cost.
  4. Participants are toilet trained in advance of coming to camp - before going on water actvities Oysterland particiants are given ample opportunity to go the toilet. We do not accept children still in nappies.
  5. The applicant is willing to comply with all safety regulations.
  6. The Oysterhaven Centre reserves the right to alter or cancel activities.
  7. The Oysterhaven Centre takes every precaution for the safety and well being of its customers. Course participants are reminded that there is a level of risk inherent in wall watersports and land-based adventure challenges for which they are responsible. 
  8. The Oysterhaven Centre reserves the right to alter or cancel programmes as it deems necessary. In the event of a cancellation an alternative programme will be offered or a refund will be made. 
  9. At the end of summer camp weeks each participant receives a certificate with a photo of their group. We are happy to make originals of these and other photos available to you online. We may also use photos taken duriing the week for publicity. If you would prefer that we do not use photos of your child please advise.

SUMMER CAMPS CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Bookings can be cancelled up to 21 days in advance of the camp start date and a 75% (of total cost) refund will be issued on the basis of reselling the place.

Camp bookings cancelled within 20 days of the start date are non-refundable unless the place is resold and in which case a 25% (of total cost) refund will be issued.

CAMP AMENDMENT FEES
Camp dates are transferable subject to availability and incur a €30 amendment fee.
